How to recharge Canon jet cartridges?
In order to avoid the last minutes hassle, it is always better to fill Canon jet cartridges before the ink runs out. In Canon jet cartridges, the quantity of recharge depends upon the state of the head. Printing without ink can damage the head of the printer. To refill it, you have to remove the Canon printer ink cartridge and then turn off the printer before returning to its original position. If you can not recharge it, protect the heads from drying out so soon as possible.
Always be sure not to change the colors around. Also make sure that the air bubbles should not be injected into the cartridge, which may cause failures in printing. After filling the ink cartridge, it can drip, so you have to keep it upright 15 minutes until you inject the ink, while cleaning before installation. Mostly it is advisable to leave it stand for 12 hours for the ink to reach the head. Don’t ever leave the cartridge for more than two minutes on a porous surface like cardboard or leather, because it can empty the ink cartridge. You have to clean the syringe with water every time you change color when charging. This will prevent color mixing to a great extent. To avoid ink stained hands, you may wear gloves, and also can use a cardboard or plastic base to avoid soiling the area where you work. The Canon jet cartridges are fully compatible with any Canon printer.
